Me, I learnt something from some cousins of mine that works for me every time.

Put a decent amount of water in your mouth, tip your head back so you're looking straight up, with your mouth slightly open. Bring your head forward till you're looking straight ahead again. Lo and behold! The pill should have gone, without you even having to take the trouble to swallow.

One way or another I hope you manage with any other pills you have to take
