WANT! PRETTY! It's probably stupidly bad for the environment, though. But... but... PRETTY! It's like glowstick that you rub on your hair!

In other news... do any of you who are geeks and like looking this sort of thing up wnat to find me a laptop equivalent in spec to the MacBookPro 15" 2.16Ghz machine? For reference purposes only. My head is tired of staring at numbers.

I'm definitely getting the Mac. But someone has offered to fund it to the amount that a similar-spec PC laptop would cost, so I'm looking to find out what's out there.

Apple have been touting New Competitive Prices these days, so if you believe the hype a PC isn't cheaper. I've not actually checked, though.

Did a bit of looking. This (http://h41306.www4.hp.com/item?SID=441ed679c13c295e2cda3dc3fe86371eb95:1222&sku=ES591EA) is the closest I've seen, not quite a match though.

Personally, I think one of these (http://www.californiacomputer.com/Shop/product.asp?catalog%5Fname=CaliforniaComputer&category%5Fname=&product%5Fid=200796U&cookie%5Ftest=1) looks good though, though that's in the US.

We WANTS the pretties!!!!

I'm heading for the beauty supply store today for regualr hair color (can't be seen at my own party in a sex Xena costume with gray roots now can I?

I'll see if they have any there...
