Feeling rather blah and hopeless now, despite a lovely picnic lunch earlier with

owlfish. Yay for sunshine and sheep picnic blankets and thermoses (thermae? thermi?) and hills that keep the worst of the wind off and it not starting to rain until we'd pretty much finished. It was lovely, and I have no idea why I'm now feeling very dejected - guess I can put this one down to faulty brain chemistry.

I shall attempt to cure this foul mood by systematic application of food and music and a hot bath.
