I ended up grabbing a copy from the club last night for gpb9 (using a UK keyboard. Haven't for years now!).

There was a reading corner set up.

I got a copy in Books Etc for £12.99 in the end. I suspect my amazon pre-order is in the post somewhere, but I didn't want to wait.
