And yes, fjm, I think it would be possible to make these gluten-free. Rice noodles are easy enough to get and marshmallows usually use cornstarch; Tomor would work well instead of butter for non-dairy folks.

Hmm.

I also wonder whether it's possible to make a savoury version.
