I arrrrre tired.
Tried the new breakfast today, ahoy! Will see if it keeps my tummy full until lunchtime. It was tasty, if a bit heavy on walnuts; will add some almonds when the container gets a little more empty. And maybe some brazils for the selenium and pecans for the yum.

And lunch today was made last night, and consists of a tortilla wrap with cottage cheese and tomato and oregano, carrot and beetroot salad (contains one large carrot and about 100g cooked beetroot), and fruit salad which has half a bananana, half a nectarine, a fig, and a small orange. And cinnamon. And I've packed a small container (3-4 tbsps?) of Greek yoghurt to use as dressing for both the fruit salad and the carrot and beetroot salad. I daresay that's a pretty healthy lunch. And I made enough fruit salad that I can have it a few more days this week.
In less yummy news, I still have a cold, with all the attendant head-explodey feeling, tinnitus, and generalised feelings of blah. Must remember to drink extra water.
