I have a brand-new second cousin! He has three middle names. I guess this makes up for some people I know not having any middle name at all.

Congratulations to Tony and Tania, and to little Lucas.

Nice that one of the names belonged to Grampa.

When your child is given a truly embarrassing first name (Rupert, Nigel or Tarquin, for example) it's vitally important not to gove them an emergency back-up middle name.
