waka_laka has convinced someone to donate 10p to Children In Need for every unique username comment on that entry. Go to it, folks.
I have been drooling over this lovely boat. Except, um, I don't have £66K, and even if I had I probably couldn't afford a London mooring on top of that (although half the trouble isn't getting the money for the mooring as I could rent one for about what I currently pay in rent - the problem is that there are a limited number of them and there are waiting lists, like for allotments). And, you know, nowhere to put a piano, really. But it's a hell of a lot less out of my reach than any other home in London. For £60K I could buy, um, an underground parking space in Kensington. Yeah. Bah.
