Didn't make it to the scifi reading thing last night; too tired.

This morning I went for a swim. Yesterday I broke down and bought new swimming costume and goggles and cap, because the old goggles and cap were never really quite comfortable anyway and the old swimsuit is probably falling apart by now. Swimming is difficult - I'm so unfit - but it felt good, and didn't aggravate any sore bits. Doing this three times a week would not be a bad thing at all.

Have had some lunch and am very, very tired now. I'm thinking I'll have a short nap and then get out for a walk, it's gloriously sunny today.

Ki-Aikido tonight.

Swimming is wonderful, wonderful exercise. I don't know of any other way to get a high-intensity no-impact workout. Of course, swimming can also be low-intensity, too. And swimming feels wonderful. I sometimes think I might have been a seal or a walrus or a sea-cow in a previous life; I feel so much more graceful in the water. If I could breath underwater, I might never come back up :)

Wow, I'm all kinds of babling today! I hope you have a very restful nap :)

Ahh, I was wondering. I kept asking people "Are you ewitikins"? :-)
Pity, but I'm kinda relieved that I didn't snub you :-)

The purple hair and being six feet tall does make me a little bit hard to miss... :)

Sorry I didn't make it. Did it go well?
