Haven't been updating much since I got to Bath. No, there is no way I am
going to catch up with my reading list at all, sorry.

Got here and then went to visit elmyra and partake of some
wonderful lentil soup. Sunday consisted of putting a few more braids in
my hair, and shopping, and cooking. I must try not to make my hair quite
so long. I may have to shorten some pieces for convenience.

Monday was busking and more cooking and sending shevek out to
do shopping. Today will be much the same only pfy and I will
be making a Seasonal Winter Pudding when I get back in the evening (by the
way someone please give him a techie job?), and I need to pick up
ingredients for cheesecake.

Next year if I come back to Bath to busk (unlikely as I don't think shevek will still be here in a year's time) I must bring WAY more
of those shiny light-up things. I brought five, gave away two, and people
kept trying to buy the remaining three off me, but I want to keep them.
I'm sure I could've got £2 each, and since I only paid a quid each
that would be quite reasonable.

One of the other buskers took me into the Pump Rooms for a glass or two of
spring water yesterday. It was odd, tasted funny. Good though, and nice
that it was warm as I was getting quite chilly by then.

Today looks like it will be warmer as there is cloud cover, but it may
decide to rain, grah, which is most inconvenient as you can probably
imagine.

Anyway it is quarter past nine and I should get going and get some
breakfast in me and get started - if I get to Waitrose for the cheese and
sugar before the rest of the rush starts it will be good. The shopping
will be insane today.
