Cycled into Burnham yesterday, acquired lunch and a bicycle seat that is much wider and doesn't hurt. It isn't perfect but it's an awful lot easier to ride than the other one was. ( more bicycle wossname )

Was attacked by the cuteness of a Golden Retriever puppy earlier. Dogs are strange. And silly.

Yummmy ripe yellow plums! Yummmy.

Now we are going to walk to Birtle for dinner. Because, um, it's a nice evening for it.

This being on holiday lark is great.
