I have expensive (well, £23) firm arch supports from Boots. These are for my shoes that are adequately padded but don't have enough arch support (ex: my hiking boots).
I have ordered slightly-less-expensive (£16) full-strike cushioning insoles from Runners Need - they didn't have my size in but will give me a ring when they arrive sometime next week. Hm. I'm not here next week; I wonder if I can get
hairyears to pick them up for me in a lunch hour.
I found another possible shampoo to use and so I bought it; it's only 50p less than the one I use now but the bottle is 25% bigger. Here's hoping it doesn't make me itch.
I tried a Shiatsu massage chair in John Lewis. It was... odd. It did feel good but I suspect that's because I'd been standing too long by then and sitting down helped.
This evening I shall re-purple (or pink? Not sure what colours I have left) my hair, and tidy up, and read my backlog of New Scientist. Yes.
