I dreamed that I massively overslept and it was only AFTER sectional rehearsal was over that I turned up... so I spent ages in bed because I figured it was too late to bother with the day anyway.
Thankfully this is not the case but I'm in more hurry than I would have liked and will only just have time for a good warm-up before sectional.
(Taking the (prescribed) stimulant drugs and then going back for a snooze in hopes that they stims will wake me up when they kick in? Didn't work. I think it probably doesn't so much with extended-release varieties. Maybe I'll give it a go with something like ginseng. Or maybe I'll eventually start going to bed earlier For Reals; I'm still working on that.)
(Note to self, keep copies of prescriptions to take to Canadia, figure out which supplements will be available for purchase there and don't bother carrying those (should be most of them - fish oil, MSM, glucosamine & chondroitin, multivitamin - all of these are taken for a reason. I might add ginkgo biloba back in again, and I'm considering cinnamon and soya lecithin and eating lots of buckwheat for PCOS purposes, but those can wait), add to list. Everything has to get written on a list, or I fail. Le sigh.)
