Okay, this day was long and full of adventure. This is perhaps the Universe telling me that running before breakfast is a bad idea. I don't want more adventure. REALLY.

Truncated form, because I still need to practise:
-Ran. Ate. Washed.
-got some work done. Still need to print out and hand in.
-had a meeting with Student Services.
-found out my accompanist is going off to Chile from this Friday for two weeks, so he can't accompany me in my exam. Tried not to shit myself. Turns out he's arranged for someone else to do it instead.
-Tried to contact other accompanist. No response yet. Must try again.
-Went to a final recital. Clarinet. Nice.
-Went home via small bit of food shopping, changed clothes, went off to meet [livejournal.com profile] ksta to get music off her.
-Got key stuck in the door. Couldn't open door or remove key. Was on outside of door, which is the side without tools.
-Nice locksmith man came with pliers and pulled the key out. Didn't even charge me money. Bless. But my key is wonky so I'll have to use the spare until I can get a new one cut. Won't be using the keycutters in Canary Wharf this time.
-Didn't manage to meet [livejournal.com profile] ksta, because, um, trying to get the key out of the door ate that time. So I went straight to teaching. Was late on account of Northern Line, even though I left earlier than is usually necessary.
-Taught student who was ill yesterday. She is still ill. I hope she is not contagious. She really didn't look at all well, poor thing.
-En route to next student nearly stepped on a hedgehog that was lying in the middle of the sidewalk (pavement, to the Brits). It was still breathing, so I went to the nearest house and asked for a box, and they brought one out and rolled the hedgehog into it while I phoned Flicky and asked her what to do, she said put it in a box in the dark, so we did that, sortof, and some water as well. I kindof dumped the situation in her lap after that because I was meant to teach and was 20 minutes late by this time, but I've just had a phonecall - she's taken it to the vet, it's looking much better than it was earlier although still very weak, they're going to de-flea it and de-tick it and give it fluids and tomorrow it will be taken to a hedgehog sanctuary in Kingsbury.
-more teaching.
-Only got home about 11 minutes ago, courtesy of the Northern Line taking 15 minutes to get from Hendon Central to Golders Green.
-Still have to practise. B'bye.
