My poi are no longer silent-running stealth poi. They are now poi with pink and purple and black and silver ribbons on them. I even heat-sealed the ends of the ribbons so they do not fray. Dunno if it will work on all of the ribbons but it took less time than stitching would have, if they start to fray again then I will stitch them.

I just ate a flipping huge plate of salad. I'm quite full now. It was good. I have had at least 4 servings of different veg now today, go me. I had spinach and broccoli and mushrooms and tomatoes.

My laundry got rained on again. Just leaving the dirty laundry on hte line with washing powder on it has more and more appeal.
