I get to be a mean old landlady type now. Responsibility for landlady-type stuff has been handed over from

leunnammi to myself. I am eight kinds of nervous about this as I really do not want to mess up.

Up for rent:
2 furnished (they are not furnished yet but they will be!) carpeted double rooms in detached house in Hendon. Close to HEndon Central tube, busses, shops.
Share Kosher milky kitchen, washer, piano, garden, shed. Broadband internet available. Vegetarians welcome. Nonsmokers only please. £110/week each, use of garage extra.

The general idea is that we get the place cleaned up and sorted out and it not be a tip anymore. Then people will want to live in it.

I will be talking to my boss about references and what is to become of my old job on Wednesday afternoon, sometime after my busking audition.

I am NOT going to the JSAC weekend as I thought I was, which means I will probably go to Bath to busk instead, particularly if the weather is forecast to be decent.

Tomorrow I get to start phoning job ppl as well as keep sorting out the house.

Now I am off to clean the front entranceway.
