Around the cemetery and park with hairyears, who is a lovely running partner in that he is enough fitter than me to not get tired but not so fit as to be impatient and leave me behind. Or maybe he is way way fitter than I am but very patient; either way, a pleasure.

Except for the bit where my lungs stopped working again. Grah to that. Not as bad this time so maybe just tail end of the cold I had, plus very humid air this morning.

New trainers seem pretty good.

Ankles took forever to warm up. And are a bit hurty now. Will have to stretch them or something.
