Just had a rehearsal. I haven't really played in two weeks because of my elbow.

My embouchure was mostly okay, although starting the rehearsal on a pedal A was not helpful. I was having some mis-pitching, but not as bad as I thought it would be after two weeks off.

Holy fucking fuck my arm hurts, though. I will not be doing my Aikido grading next Saturday.

It's been two weeks, and ligaments heal slowly. I can reasonably expect it to be at least as long again before it's better, possibly quite a bit longer. :(
