Good afternoon. It still feels like morning, as I overslept significantly today. No doubt I needed the sleep.
Cancer Research UK has put a plastic baggie through our door, to be filled with stuff for pickup on Friday. Nice to see this from a legitimate charity rather than the dodgy dudes with the hotmail addresses we usually get. As it happens, I do have a lot of stuff to put out for charity, so I will do that.
Academic
I've lost my music. This is bad. It's still in copyright, so I can't just print it out of The Orchestra Musician's CD-ROM Library. There should be a faxed copy from the publisher for me at rehearsal this afternoon. ARGH.
Creative
Might try to write some music later. Not sure. Too hungry to think right now.
Wondering
What has arrived for me that I need to go and pay £8.67 Customs charge on? I have no idea what this could be or who it might be from. I'll have to stop by the collection office tomorrow morning and sort it out.
Wishing
-for things to run smoothly for
sebab
-for lunch to magically appear, with no washing-up burden... damn, out of luck there
-that the Pembury were closer and that I could fit more food in my tummy.
-for more responses to my post about the dead computer resurrection party. I may need to change the date, as the pub is likely to be very busy that day anyway.
Planning
-lunch
-laundry processing and a final mad search for my music
-rehearsal, hopefully reading from faxed copies rather than the score like last night
-dinner at the Pembury with lovely lovely people. They have pea soup. I want to try it. I also want to try the cheeseboard. I also want to try the lime sorbet, and the lavendar sorbet... but I know I like the ginger icecream and teh chocolate icecream. Four scoops is definitely too much for just me even if my supper consists of soup and bread. Also I note chocolate-covered banana with root ginger icecream. And I've been meaning to try the root vegetable chips since they arrived on the menu. Now I'm just making myself hungry. Also there is raspberry and plum crumble...

Camel Milk. It kindof trips my "but it isn't kosher!" instinct, but as I only keep kosher at home I'd be willing to try it elsewhere, I think.
dethany could use some advice from lawyer-type people familiar with US law.
