Oh I dunno, once the the orbits are approximately circular and the gas giants have chucked all the rocks into the sun it all seems to run pretty quietly.
The biggest problems are the bloody gas giants playing on the radio, the sun bringing flares back into fashion every 11 years, and a nasty skin condition on the inner planets if you let them get surface water for any length of time.
I wasn't aware that there was any need for batteries but I guess that even celestial beings have to make their entertainment somehow.
