Tired today... nothing new I guess. Elbow feeling a little tender, the osteopath did a lot of work on that arm yesterday.

PLN: tidying, teaching, Tavern.

[livejournal.com profile] hairyears suggested I modify a thimble somehow for use with my PDA to prevent strain from holding the very thin stylus. I may well do just that; it would be easy enough with a cheap plastic thimble and some other bits I have lying around, and if it works well I could upgrade to a metal thimble.

Handbag currently feeling a bit heavy; will have to do a cull soon. Less paper, methinks.

Could you not more easily use some rubber tubing (or similar) to increase the stylus diameter?

I don't know where my husband found it, but he has what looks like a standard ballpoint pen, and when you remove the cap it actually has a small stylus nib. If you found one of those, and added a fat squishy pen/pencil grip to it, that might be even better than a thimble.

I was hunting around online looking for it, and came across this ergonomic stylus (http://www.styluscentral.com/erpepenorst.html). The site also has stylus bits to convert a regular pen to a stylus. They even have a package of pencaps with stylus on them. heh.
