Right ear still bunged up, and it started getting hurty so I've taken some ibuprofen. Applying heat seems to make it go 'pop' once in a while but it quickly feels blocked again. No inner-ear symptoms (dizziness etc) and I'm not running a fever, so I'm not too concerned yet, just annoyed by the increased tinnitus and the pain and the sensation.
I hope I don't end up having to go to a walk-in centre for this over the weekend. I REALLY hope I don't end up cancelling teaching for it.
Left ear also a bit sore but this is due to my usual "you are coming down with something, you know," swollen cervical lymph gland. I can hear out of it properly and stuff and it feels normal, just a bit hurty from pressure on the nerve.
Enough, already. Meh.
Also, carrying Aikido kit home was tough on my shoulder (
hairyears kindly carried it for me last night - kit, not shoulder).
Only one set of errands done, though that was the toughest of the lot.
