[diagnostic] summary

Tuesday - went to osteopath. They are trying the "okay, now that the hips are kindof better and she can actually walk most of the time, let's be more aggressive in treating the elbow" approach. Ow... temporary ow, and worth it as it will make things better, but ow all the same.

Today both hips are giving me trouble. I suspect this is because I didn't do physio properly yesterday.

Back on track with meds; time to titrate up to 40mg of fluoxetine again. Must phone on Monday for repeat prescription.
