of wasps and wrists...
Nov. 8th, 2007 11:24 amWasp - Made a wasp trap. No wasp in it yet. Can queen wasps actually sting? I know in the ones that sting they have a weird specially-adapted ovipositor that is used to inject venom but no idea whether overwintering queens can actually do this.
Wrist - It's pretty stable and pretty usable so I have decided to leave it for the osteopath to have a look at (or the physio at Trinty if I can't see the osteopath early next week), but will attend minor injuries unit at Guy's if it gets worse or if I get additional symptoms. Meantime I'll be wearing a splint on that wrist as much to stop idiots jarring it and remind me not to use it too much etc as anything else.
Thanks for your help.
