I currently have no internet access at home.

I suspect this may be down to confusion over who pays, or should pay, either the phone bill or the internet bill.

I don't have time to sort this out for at least another week, probably longer. Assume I am not reading LJ until then; only some of the computers in the Trinty library can actually see it, and using lynx via ssh is a pain.

Otherwise all's currently well.

Try w3m over ssh? I use it most of the time for LJ. It is very nice, not least because it suppresses all Web design.

Could do, but to be honest the amount of time I spend in the library here isn't really going to help me stay caught up on LJ anyway.

Because LJ is friendly and useful. (And useful includes the ablity to keep up with nice people :)

And it is also a timesink..
