It appears to have tried to snow overnight. I think it should try harder. It didn't even settle properly on the cement. It might have another go later today, though, perhaps it is only getting warmed up. Or cooled down, or whatever it has to do to snow.

a) Its a blizzard when visibility is down to 5 metres because of the way the wind is blowing in a certain micoclimate created by the buildings around it.

b) I'm thinking of a certain idiot in a white BMW doing about 60, round a corner, skidding painfully close to crashing into other vehicles...
Idiots like THAT. Most people were sensible and kept their speeds low, and tried to drive coutiously and as well as they could.

c) Walking is good, just not with 5 1/2 thousand newpapers.
