Just did a quick 'friends' edit. I don't think I zapped anyone who actually reads my journal. Got rid of one or two people who blather on and I find myself skimming what they say mos tof the time.

Hope not to have caused any offence. Really don't have much time these days!

Choir concert was okay. We rehearsed too long in the afternoon and were tired but still did okay.

I am aiming to go swimming again tomorrow morning. This will require leaving the house at a Stupid Time (about 6.15am). I don't know if this plan will work or be sustainable but I want to give it a good try and find out; I felt really good after swimming last night.

On that note, off to bed!
