-wash hair-phone to confirm flights
-get last of things from Isle of Cats; bin binnables
-take things from Isle of Cats that are going to Scope drop box, drop them there (this is probably 5-6 trips unless I have help)
-sweep/clean at Isle of Cats
-pack for going to Canada
-pick up repeat prescription
-if time, make some photocopies of some music so I have work to do on the airplane
-set out henna to release dye
-go to Marine Ices to see people I won't see for three weeks or so.
-teach in Finchley for 30 minutes at 16.15 Cancelled; I don't have 2.5 hours to spend doing the travel for a 30-minute lesson that makes me £14.
-double-check Canajan gifts I'm taking with me (will have to purchase some there I'm afraid) Done, will definitely have to shop there some but oh well. Could be interesting given I've got CAD$8 in my account there. Arse thorns.
-figure out whether landlord wants January rent now (early) or when I get back (3 days late); panic about how to fix this, as I won't have the money until 6th January at earliest unless I get deposit back from Jui-Chu
-leave keys for
mstevens-contact Jui-Chu to let her know I've left and ask what to do about getting some/all of deposit back
-arrange for big yellow bag in front garden to get taken away by nice people with cranes
-phone Orange and pay phone bill so they don't disconnect me while I'm out of the country (they're bastards like that)
-do enough unpacking/StuffTetris at Port of Ewt that I'll have actual space to sleep on the actual bed, and it'll be somewhat livable on my return.
-make sure plane tickets get printed
-pack for Canadia, again, because these sorts of things always end up having to happen twice even when I make a list
-somewhere in there eat some lunch
-deal with worst of split ends
-review schedule for tomorrow
-apply henna to hair
Anyone who nags me about anything today, especially if said nagging does not come with a concrete and practical offer to help, will be snarked at with extreme prejudice. I think I will probably manage most of it but it will be a near thing and I'm likely to be up quite late (again).
Many, many thanks to those of you who have made it possible for me to get this far.
