I was going to have a bath, re-pink my hair, and then do laundry.

In getting the laundry ready I appear to have become distracted and spent some time cleaning my room. Yes, I know. Well, not actually cleaning it, mind, but tidying it. That has to happen before any actual cleaning will go ahead, anyway.

Don't worry, it's not like you can tell or anything. Yet. But I feel there is some improvement, and right now, that's important.

This is very pretty. More here. I think I got the link from [livejournal.com profile] mooism a few days ago but I could be wrong. I'd love prints of some of those... if I had anywhere to hang them, that is. Currently wallspace is somewhat monopolised by bookshelves. Le sigh. I'm beginning to understand the appeal of the minimalist "big white cupboards" approach. If your cupboard doors are big enough you can put artwork on them.

So I'd best put the laundry in and get on with it, I'm not going to have time now to re-pink my hair but I can get some other things done in the meantime, like practising. And clean laundry is good.

Yes, it was me :-)

It’s a shame they’re so pricey.

Yay for room cleaning, even if it's procrastination room cleaning *grins at you* :) Mess monsters are hard to slay when they get big, one just doesn't want to start with them or know where to begin. I need to do some serious cleaning as my pet mess monster has grown huge...

The trouble of course with big white cupboards is that they can make a room feel so much smaller.

A worthy successor to Escher. I'd never heard of him before. Thanks for introducing me.
