I have LURGY. Or, at least, a very sore throat. This is annoying; I feel like I've only just got over the last one. Also I tried to sleep on my lovely mattress in the loft but the cold air hurt my throat too much so I ended up downstairs on the sofa instead.

Today I will be mostly eating soft food.
