Came home from walk, had lunch, and.... sat on sofa feeling bleh. Oops.
I've taken my medication now (this is a good idea, generally!) and hopefully will feel better soon. Tomorrow I'll see if I can remember to take it with breakfast. It's weird, I hardly ever forgot to take citalopram but for some reason fluoxetine is easier to forget and two or three times a week I get to mid-afternoon and realise I haven't taken it. This will improve as my routine becomes more routine-like and less random, though.
Immediately? Off to teaching. After that back here (or at least as far as the gym) to wash my hair (it is much needed!) and then off to the Pembury Tavern.

Date: 2007-01-30 11:48 pm (UTC)My Nokia only had one alarm, so i had to use my pda *as well* which was a rubbish setup - but the sony-ericsson has 3, which is more helpful :)
Setting up reminders on your laptop/pc/phone/pda is a v.good idea.
Also add calendar entries for important things and add an alarm to remind you (with enough notice) works wonders.
