After being somewhat better yesterday, my ear has been worse again today, more blocked up, harder to clear and hearing more impaired. I had to wimp out of some of my teaching as listening to the piano was actually painful. Meh. I'll phone tomorrow to re-arrange for later in the week if possible.

PLN for tomorrow, then:
-walk-in centre to see a doctor or sommat about my ear
-phone students missed today to re-schedule
-brainhacker
-osteopath
-Ki-Aikido to watch if I'm not too tired and if I've already been to the doctor. Else walk-in centre again.

It's really annoying that one can find walk-in centres from http://www.nhs.uk but not from http://www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk - what is up with that? Bah and so on.

I thought it used to be possible to search for nhs walk in centres from nhsdirect, or at least it was easier then it is now...
