I have notes for a rather long article for the foraging blog, basically tips for safe and enjoyable foraging for beginners. It could be split up into several sections, each of which could be a post in and of itself, or it could be posted all as one article.

Which is better and why?

For a blog, separate posts for each section is best, for the reasons the others gave :)
