There was something in the paper this morning about a new free voicemail for the homeless project. Sounded quite cool - help people stay in touch, get jobs, etc.
And it's not at all unreasonable. When I was homeless I had my mobile and I had free internet access (thanks to non-existant security in EasyEverything), which did get me a job...
