[FreeCycleLondon] OFFERED : CR0 : Joystick Inbox FreeCycleLondon

No, it's not a euphemism, it's a controller for PC games.

And really, it's not my fault that it gets worse.

It's a QuickShot Joystick with extra Turbo Thruster levers, and
suckers to attach it to a hard surface for better grip so it doesn't
move around too much in use.

It also features a little cover over the top of the joystick as a
safety mechanism to stop you from shooting too early.

Attaches to an old-style PC game-port.

Still feeling ill, still trying to study and stuff. Trumpet teaching was okay. Student was away for ages and only started again last week, she hasn't practised much this week so she had a very tired mouth by 40 minutes into the lesson. Sadly, I can relate. Last week I commented on some cracks in their living room ceiling, and today when I got there a bunch (um, 2 square metres or so?) of plaster had fallen down. It never rains but it pours, et cetera. They're going to have to get that bit completely replaced. Meep. Also they've got a friend staying with them whilst recovering from an operation. She was going to stay in the living room, but... well.

Trains were on LSD on the way home. I don't appreciate ending up on the wrong branch of track with no warning. This added twenty minutes to my journey.

The Five-Year-Old-With-Ants-In-His-Pants in Kentish Town is moving away, like out of London away, so that's a student gone come July. But I'm probably going to end up teaching his friend from school, if they ever get a piano. And I'm teaching the younger sister of one of my other students now, she just started this week. She's young but her brother does well for his age and she seemed pretty on the ball for a four-year-old.

First of July I'm playing first horn in Bruckner E minor mass and also the Beethoven Rondino for 8 wind. Not sure of a venue yet but please come. Maybe I'll sneak an "O Canada" in during the interval or something.

Okay, nose back to the grindstone.

I remember them. Those sports games, you know the wiggle-your-joystick-quickly-to-make-'em-run type, used to kill them like nobody's business.
