Do any of you Lodnoners have a reasonable-quality tin whistle that I could borrow for a few weeks? Or a chromatic harmonica that I could borrow for a few months? Also possibly a lightweight folding chair.
I'm looking to do some busking in Greenwich Market (for which I don't need to re-audition with the Tube people, just need to ring up the market manager and check it's okay - have done this before on horn so it should be fine...), but I'm loath to spend any money on the supplies I'll need when I'm not sure how much I'll be doing. The folding chair I can probably justify in general, particularly if it's a meditation stool type of thing, because I can use it a lot, but the instruments, although not horribly expensive, are harder as I'd only really be using them for busking. The idea is that I'd borrow them until I have earned enough busking to pay for a reasonable one myself out of 10% of my busking earnings.

Friday is somewhat flexible but I really do need to spend some time practising then...
