Yes it's shiny, but it looks like they've done some weird stuff with the OS. I'm left wondering how useable it is as anything other than a teaching aid, which is a shame because I'd been tempted up 'til now. I also suspect that they can't avoid having these things on the open market - so the whole "buy it now or never" thing is (a) false and hence (b) annoying. It's also very odd timing - if the fortnight time limit were genuine, you'd have thought that December 1-14 would have been a better choice...
